摘要
该文通过文献资料法、实验法、体质测试法和数理统计法等方法对高职院校学生运用Keep锻炼12周前后的体质健康变化进行了研究。研究表明:实验组学生在经过12周锻炼后,其体质健康有了一定的提升,特别是身体机能类的肺活量、身体素质中女生的800m跑、男生的1000m跑、1min仰卧起坐、体质测试总分成绩有一定提高,并具有非常显著的差异;对照组学生在经过12周锻炼后,身体体质中部分项目有一定的提升,但女生的800m跑和1min仰卧起坐成绩出现了退步,而且差异显著;男生的引体向上成绩有一定提升,且差异显著。因此,建议大力推广运动APP在学生课外体育锻炼中的应用,让学生养成自觉锻炼的好习惯,加强教师课外体育锻炼的监督和指导,提升学生的锻炼效果,并丰富校内外体育竞赛活动,从而吸引更多学生参与锻炼。
This paper studies the changes of physical health of higher vocational college students before and after 12 weeks of keep exercise by means of literature,experiment,physical fitness test and mathematical statistics.It shows that the physical health of the students in the experimental group has been improved after 12 weeks of exercise,especially the vital capacity of physical function,the 800m run of girls,the 1000m run of boys,1min sit ups and the total score of physical fitness test have been improved,and there are very significant differences;After 12 weeks of exercise,some items in the physical fitness of the students in the control group improved to a certain extent,but the results of girls'800m running and 1min sit ups regressed,and the difference was significant;Boys'pull-up performance has improved to a certain extent,and the difference is significant.Therefore,it is suggested to vigorously promote the application of sports app in students'extracurricular physical exercise,let students form the good habit of conscious exercise,strengthen the supervision and guidance of teachers'extracurricular physical exercise,improve students'exercise effect,and enrich sports competition activities inside and outside the school,so as to attract more students to participate in exercise.
