“七种能力”视域下地方高校辅导员队伍建设研究--以新余学院为例

Research into the building of the college instructor team from the perspective of“seven abilities”--Taking Xinyu Univeristy for example

习近平总书记在2020年秋季学期中共中央党校中青年干部培训班开班式上明确提出了关于干部能力的要求,强调干部必须增强“七种能力”。将地方高校辅导员队伍建设与“七种能力”相结合,阐述了其内在联系及逻辑关系,提出了工作要求。通过调查,发现并分析地方高校辅导员能力提升的相关问题,探析“七种能力”视域下符合地方高校辅导员队伍建设路径,使辅导员思想政治工作在地方高校“三全育人”工作中落实、落细、落地。

General secreatary Xi Jinping put forward the requirements for leaders′abilities at the opening ceremony of 2020 autumn seminar of Central Party School of the Communist Party of China for young and middle aged cadres,stressing that the cadres must strenghthen“seven abilities”.Combining the building of college instructor team with“seven abilities”,this paper illustrates its internal relations and logical relations and puts forward the requirements for work.Through the investigation,we found and analysed the relevant problems of improving the local college instructors'ability,exploring the proper way to building the college instructor team from the perspective of“seven abilities”so that the college intructors'ideological and political work is carried out to the letter in the“all-round way education”.
