摘要
为满足市场对抗病毒抗菌功能纺织品的需求,产品采用天然动物纤维山羊绒、桑蚕丝,利用半精纺技术混纺,采用双层织物组织织制,使用含有高分子材料与银锌离子的纳米复合结构的新型抗病毒抗菌整理剂及整理技术,开发了抗病毒抗菌桑蚕丝/山羊绒双面呢。新型抗病毒抗菌整理剂的高分子链和银锌离子通过破坏病毒核酸的合成而灭活病毒,通过破坏细菌细胞膜而杀灭细菌。成品检测结果表明,经新型抗病毒抗菌整理剂整理的桑蚕丝/山羊绒双面呢抗病毒抗菌性能优良、持久稳定,安全性能符合GB 18401—2016《国家纺织产品基本安全技术规范》,物理指标达到FZ/T 24007—2021《粗梳羊绒织品》要求,手感风格符合设计要求,该产品可在一定程度上满足人们对高档毛纺抗病毒抗病菌服装面料的需求。
In order to meet the market demand of anti-virus and anti-bacterial textile,an anti-virus and anti-bacterial mulberry silk/cashmere double-sided fabric was developed.The products were made of natural animal fiber cashmere and mulberry silk,blended with semi-worsted technology and woven with double-layer fabric.A novel antiviral and antibacterial finishing agent and finishing technology were used.This novel finishing agent had a nano-composite structure contained polymer material and ag-Zn ion.The polymer chain and silver zinc ions of novel antiviral antibacterial finishing agent inactivated virus by disrupting the synthesis of viral nucleic acid and killed bacteria by destroying their cell membranes.The test results show that the mulberry silk/cashmere double-sided fabric treated with new antiviral and antibacterial finishing agent has excellent,durable and stable antiviral and antibacterial properties.Its safety performance conforms to GB 18401-2016"National Technical Specification for Basic Safety of Textile Products".Its physical indicators meet the requirements of FZ/T 24007-2021"Carding Cashmere Fabrics".Its feel style meets the design requirements.To a certain extent,the product can meet people's demand for high-grade woolen antiviral and disease-resistant clothing fabrics.
