磷酸液为介质浸取废催化剂回收钒钾的研究 被引量:2

摘要 钒元素对许多化学品和材料的功能和稳定性具有重要的作用,因此钒是一种重要的战略资源,在催化剂、环保、冶金等领域有着广泛的应用,。废催化剂中含有4%~10%的V_(2)O_(5),从废催化剂中回收利用钒一直是研究的热点课题。磷酸对钒有很好的富集作用,为此我们对磷酸液的浓度、浸取时间、粒度、浸取温度等进行了研究。结果发现:30℃下用5%的磷酸液浸取10 min,可得到较好的浸取效果,浸取率达87%以上,同时获得V_(2)O_(5)含量为76.24%墨绿色固体和65.18%淡黄色固体。 Vanadium plays an important role in the function and stability of many chemicals and materials.Beingan important strategic rare earth resource,vanadiumhas been widely usedin catalysts,environmental protection,metallurgy and other fields.The spent vanadium catalyst contains 4%~10%V_(2)O_(5),and the research on the recovery and utilization of vanadium from the spent catalyst has always been a hot topic.For phosphoric acid having a good enrichment effect on vanadium,experimentson the concentration,leaching time,particle size,and leaching temperature of the phosphoric acid solutionwere conducted.The research showed that excellent leaching effect can be obtainedbyleaching with 5%phosphoric acid solution for 10 minat 30℃,which contributed to 87%leaching rate.Meanwhile,a dark green solid with content of 76.24%and a light-yellow solid with 65.18%V_(2)O_(5) were obtained.
