摘要
以某卡车驾驶室前中地板为研究对象,由于原工艺不合理,出现了零件成形质量不稳定的情况,在不影响零件搭接关系的前提下,通过修改工艺补充面、更改拉深方式以及零件局部造型变更等方式,并经过CAE模拟分析,重新制定新的工艺方案和模具结构,在提高零件成形合格率的同时,降低模具制造的成本,提高材料利用率,为类似件降低制造成本提供了参考。
Taking the front middle floor of a truck cab as the research object, because of the unreasonable original process scheme, the parts forming quality was unstable. On the premise of no affecting the overlapping relationship of parts, the new process scheme and die structure were customized by modifying the process supplement surface, changing the drawing way and the local shape of parts after CAE simulation analysis, which improved the parts qualified rate and material utilization.
