社区异质性对社区凝聚力的影响研究——社区社会组织参与的中介效应

The Impact of Community Heterogeneity on Community Cohesion:Based on the Moderating Effect of Community Social Organizations

社区异质性与社区凝聚力的关系究竟是“同质相容”还是“异质互补”,这一问题至今未有明确结论。采用结构方程模型,基于国内122个社区1571份居民调查问卷数据,探究社区异质性、社区社会组织与社区凝聚力之间的关联机制,剖析社区社会组织参与在社区异质性与社区凝聚力之间发挥的中介作用。研究发现:社区社会结构异质性、社区环境质量异质性以及社区文化异质性均有助于促进登记类社区社会组织参与,备案类社区社会组织参与仅与社区环境质量异质性正相关。社区社会组织参与有利于提升社区凝聚力,相比备案类社区社会组织,登记类社区社会组织在提升社区凝聚力方面作用更为突出。

Is the relationship between community heterogeneity and community cohesion compatible or complementary?So far,there is no clear conclusion on this issue.Using structural equation model,based on the survey data of 1571 residents from 122 communities in China,this paper investigates the relationship among community heterogeneity,community social organizations and community cohesion,and then explores the mediating effect of community social organizations’participation between community heterogeneity and community cohesion.It is found that the heterogeneity of community social structure,community environment and community culture can promote the participation of registered community social organizations,while the participation of registered community social organizations is only positively related to the heterogeneity of community environment.The participation of community social organizations is conducive to enhancing the community cohesion.Compared with the filing community social organizations,the registration community social organizations play a more prominent role in enhancing the community cohesion.Based on the above findings,the study puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of vigorously cultivating and developing community social organizations,and unblocking the registration channels of community social organizations.
