摘要
为解决波纹补偿器产生的非线性、非平稳振动信号处理困难的问题,提出了一种基于改进HHT变换法的波纹补偿器振动信号分析方法。改进HHT变换法首先是对振动信号进行小波降噪处理,然后通过EMD法分解出若干IMF,最后对每个分解后的IMF分量进行Hilbert变换得到Hilbert谱和Hilbert边际谱。经实验验证,改进HHT变换法能够准确判断出波纹补偿器的正常和异常振动信号的能量分布,可用于监测波纹补偿器工作状态。
In order to solve the problem of nonlinear and non-stationary vibration signal processing caused by ripple compensator,a vibration signal analysis method of ripple compensator based on improved HHT transform method was proposed.The improved HHT transform method firstly denoised the vibration signal by wavelet transform,then decomposed several IMF by EMD method,and finally,Hilbert transforms each decomposed IMF component to obtain Hilbert spectrum and Hilbert marginal spectrum.The experimental results show that the improved HHT transform method can accurately judge the energy distribution of normal and abnormal vibration signals of ripple compensator,which can be used to monitor the working state of ripple compensator.
