我国部分省份不同阶段猪群CSF、PRRS及PR-GE抗体检测分析 被引量:2

Detection and analysis of antibodies against CSF,PRRS and PR-GE in different periods of pigs in some provinces of China

摘要 为了解我国不同生长阶段猪群猪瘟(classical swine fever,CSF)、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,PRRS)及猪伪狂犬病(pseudorabies,PR)的免疫情况,从而为制定合理有效的免疫程序提供理论依据,进而更好地防疫此3种疫病,本试验应用ELISA方法对2018年收集的14580份猪血清样本进行了CSF、PRRS及PR-GE抗体检测。结果显示,2018年,我国猪群CSF、PRRS、PR-GE抗体阳性率分别为78.84%,78.23%和27.47%;不同阶段猪群同种疫病抗体阳性率差异较大,其中,CSF抗体阳性率公猪最高(91.67%)、保育猪最低(57.00%),PRRS抗体阳性率育肥猪最高(91.31%)、保育猪最低(50.02%),PR-GE抗体阳性率公猪最高(33.98%)、后备母猪最低(19.17%);不同阶段猪群同种抗体离散度也存在较大差异。 The aim of this study is to understand the level of antibodies of immunized pigs against classical swine fever(CSF),porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)and pseudorabies GE(PR-GE)in different periods of pigs in China,so as to provide scientific evidence for establishing reasonable immunization procedure,and to improve the prevention and control level of the three viral diseases.ELISA was used to test 14580 sera samples collected in 2018 for antibodies against CSF,PRRS and PR-GE.The results showed that the antibody positivity rates for CSF,PRRS and PR-GE were 78.84%,78.23%and 27.47%,respectively.There was big difference in the antibody positivity rates for the same disease in different periods of pigs,among which,the antibody positivity rate for CSF reached 91.67%in boars but only 57.00%in nursery pigs;the antibody positivity rate for PRRS reached 91.31%in finishing pigs but only 50.02%in nursery pigs;the antibody positivity rate for PR-GE reached 33.98%in boars but only 19.17%in reserve sows;there were also big differences in the dispersion of homozygous antibodies in different periods of pigs.
