摘要
在对前期含砷废渣的研究现状进行总结的基础上,提出使用焙烧-水浸-铁镍矿渣胶凝材料法处理高砷氧粉和砷碱渣的方法。该方法的优势在于即可实现含砷废渣的无害化处理,将砷从含砷废渣中脱除,达到降低砷污染的目的;以砷碱渣作为碱添加剂,节约了对于碱的消耗;制备新型的胶凝材料固化处理废渣,解决了目前铁镍矿渣已填埋为主的现状,实现了矿渣的资源化利用。
A method of roasting-water leaching-iron-nickel slag cementing material method to treat high arsenic oxygen powder and arsenic alkali slag was proposed, based of summarizing the research status of arsenic-containing waste residue in the early stage. The advantage of this method is that it can realize the harmless treatment of arsenic-containing waste slag, remove arsenic from arsenic-containing waste slag, and achieve the purpose of reducing arsenic pollution. The use of arsenic-alkali slag as an alkali additive can save the consumption of alkali. The preparation of a new type of cementitious material to solidify the waste slag can solve the current situation that iron-nickel slag has been mainly landfilled, and realize the resource utilization of slag.
