Analysis of Application Value of Standardized Continuous Quality Management in Hospital Infection Management

目的:关于持续质量管理在医院感染管理中的应用价值分析。方法:本次研究对象选取于2019年1月至2020年12月深圳市宝安区妇幼保健院感染管理重点科室、环节及每一个步骤的落实结果。通过分析院内发生感染的现象,收集在实施管理前后院内发生感染的数据,对比实施持续质量管理前后医院感染的发生率,并且对比实施持续质量管理前后院内环境卫生学的改善状况。结果:在实施持续质量管理之前的感染发生率达到了1.13%,而在实施质量管理之后的感染发生率有效的控制在0.38%之内,得到了一定的成效。并且在观察中发现,医院感染管理培训落实在院内各个科室的覆盖率已经达到了95.82%,在经过一系列管理制度落实后院内人员的感染控制的意识和行动力得到显著的提升。结论:持续质量管理在医院感染管理中能够有效的控制感染发生率,且院内环境卫生学的改善状况得到显著的提升,值得推广应用。

Objective: To analyze the application value of continuous quality management in hospital infection management. Methods: The objects of this study were selected from the key departments, links and implementation results of each step of infection management in Shenzhen Bao’an District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 by analyzing the phenomenon of nosocomial infection, collecting the data of nosocomial infection before and after the implementation of management, comparing the incidence of nosocomial infection before and after the implementation of continuous quality management, and comparing the improvement of environmental hygiene in the hospital before and after the implementation of continuous quality management. Results: Before the implementation of continuous quality management, the infection rate reached 1.13%, while after the implementation of quality management,the infection rate was effectively controlled within 0.38%, which has achieved certain results. In addition, observation shows that the coverage rate of nosocomial infection management training in all departments of the hospital has reached 95.82%. After a series of management systems are implemented, the awareness and action power of infection control of hospital staff have been signicantly improved. Conclusion: Continuous quality management can effectively control the infection incidence in hospital infection management with signicantly improved environmental health in hospital, which is worthy of popularization and application.
