摘要
储罐呼吸损耗的发生会导致严重的安全隐患,影响油品的质量,必须严加防控。通过模拟露天储罐静置存储时蒸发损耗的发生,设计了一套罐外自动淋水降温装置,通过调整顶管、环管、立管装配方式,优化系统的给水压力、管道流量、喷头数目等参数,强化降耗效果。数值计算排出油气的浓度与损耗总量,并与对照实验组的实测数据进行对比。结果表明,采用合理设计的淋水冷却方法,能够加速油品温降达0.34℃/min,油气浓度下降达20.75%,损耗量下降达29.47%。
The consumption caused bytank breathing will lead to serious safety risks,affecting the quality of oil products,which must be strictly prevented and controled.In this study,evaporation loss occurred during the static storage of open air storage tank is simulated,and a set of automatic water cooling device is designed outside the tank.By adjusting the assembly mode of pipe jacking,ring pipe and riser pipe,and adjusting the parameters of the system such as water supply pressure,pipeline flow rate and the number of sprinklers,the consumption reduction effect is optimized.The results show that the oil temperature can be accelerated to 0.34℃/min,oil and gas concentration decrease by 20.75%,and oil and gas loss decrease by 29.47%by using the rational design of water cooling methods.
