摘要
在测量路面渗水系数时,渗水仪操作过程中的漏水现象和人为掐表读数误差会导致测量结果偏差增大,数据记录和分析繁琐。为此,设计了渗水系数自动测量仪。该设计采用液位压力传感器实时监测水位高度变化,根据工艺流程模式动态调整电磁阀输出状态,开发了JJG 104—2015和用户自定义操作流程,不仅可以实现起始刻度与终了刻度间水位的检测,还可以完成水量下渗速率的实时监测,将状态和过程结合在一体。通过工艺算法开发,达到了甄别渗水、漏水、气泡等过程现象的目的,拓展了渗水过程信息量,为公路监测、病害预警和养护决策等提供数据支持。手持设备基于Windows CE嵌入式系统,耗电少、体积小、成本低,适合野外工程人员操作和记录。
In the measurement of pavement seepage coefficient,the leakage phenomenon during the operation of water seepage meter and the error of human pinch meter reading will lead to the increase of deviation of measurement results and tedious data recording and analysis.For this reason,an automatic seepage coefficient measuring instrument is designed.The design uses the level pressure sensor to monitor the water level height change in real time,dynamically adjusts the solenoid valve output state according to the process flow pattern and develops JJG 104—2015 and user-defined operation process,which can not only realize the detection of water level between the starting scale and the end scale,but also complete the real-time monitoring of water infiltration rate,and combin the state and process in one.Through process algorithm development,it achieves the purpose of screening process phenomena such as seepage,leakage,and bubbles,expanding the amount of seepage process information and providing data support for highway monitoring,disease early warning and maintenance decisions.The handheld device is based on Windows CE embedded system,which consumes less power,is small and low in cost,and suitable for field engineers to operate and record.
