摘要
针对影响海岛风浪互补电站产业化进程的选址决策问题,本文构建选址决策模型并提出求解算法,从而建立海岛风浪互补电站选址决策方法。本文构建海岛风浪互补电站选址决策模型并提出求解算法,从而建立海岛风浪互补电站选址决策方法。在权重求解算法中结合集体决策理论提出基于熵值法和特征向量法的组合权重法,有效降低传统主观赋权法的主观偏差。方案排序算法应用接近理想点法(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution,TOPSIS)得出优先开发序列,确定最优场址。最后,以青岛市海岛风浪互补电站选址为例通过敏感性分析论证方法的鲁棒性、实用性与科学性。海岛风浪互补电站选址决策方法可以为中国海洋能电站微观选址提供理论支撑,推进中国海洋能的产业化进程。
Aiming to solve the site selection decision-making problem that affects the industrialization process of island wind-wave hybrid power plant,the site selection decision-making model is established and the algorithm for solving this model is proposed in this paper,thereby developing a site selection decision-making method for island wind-wave hybrid power plant.In this paper,the decision-making model of site selection for island wind-wave hybrid power plant is established and the algorithm for solving this model is proposed,thereby developing a site selection decision-making method for island wind-wave hybrid power plant.In the process of calculating the evaluation criteria weights,combined with the collective decision theory,a combined weighting method based on the entropy method and the eigenvector method is proposed,which effectively reduces the subjective deviation of the traditional subjective weighting method.In the process of alternative ranking,Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)is used to obtain the priority development sequence and determine the optimal site.Finally,the robustness,practicability and scientificity of the method is proved by sensitivity analysis,through a case study of island wind-wave hybrid power plant site selection in Qingdao.The proposed method can provide theoretical support for the micro-site selection of marine energy power stations,and effectively promote the industrialization of marine energy.
