Research on the Cultivation Strategy of Innovative Ability of Academic Postgraduates

创新能力是影响一个国家科学技术发展水平的重要因素,学术型研究生作为我国重要的科研力量,其创新能力的培养是非常重要的。该研究针对学术型研究生创新能力的培养提出具体的培养策略,包括:严把招生关,选拔喜欢和有志于科学研究的学生;合理设置课程体系,为学生创新活动提供扎实的知识基础;关注学生的主体性,使学生参与研究课题选择、设计、实施和反思的全过程;充分利用学术交流和联合培养机制,进一步提升学生的创新能力;为学生创新能力的培养和提高提供制度保障。该研究对学术型研究生创新能力的培养提供一定的理论支持。

Innovation ability is an important factor affecting a country’s scientific and technological development level.As an important scientific research force in China,the cultivation of academic postgraduates’innovation ability is very important.The study puts forward specific training strategies for the cultivation of academic graduate students’innovative ability,including strictly controlling enrollment,selecting students who like scientific research,reasonably setting up curriculum system,providing a solid knowledge foundation for students’innovative activities,paying attention to students’subjectivity,and enabling students to participate in the whole process of research topic selection,design,implementation and reflection,making full use of academic exchange and joint training mechanism to further improve students’innovative ability and provide institutional guarantee for the cultivation and improvement of students’innovative ability.This study provides some theoretical support for the cultivation of academic postgraduates’innovation ability.
