米力农对心脏搭桥术后心力衰竭患者血管内皮生长因子、心肌酶谱与心功能的影响 被引量:2

The effect of milrinone on vascular endothelial growth factor,myocardial enzyme spectrum and cardiac function in patients with heart failure after cardiac bypass

摘要 选择2017年2月至2019年10月在我院接受治疗的心脏搭桥术后心力衰竭患者84例进行研究.探讨米力农对心脏搭桥术后心力衰竭患者血管内皮生长因子、心肌酶谱与心功能的影响.采用随机数字表法将患者分为2组,每组各42例.对照组行常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加以米力农治疗.比较2组患者临床疗效、血管内皮生长因子、心肌酶谱、心功能及不良反应.结果发现观察组总有效率为88.09%,高于对照组的69.05%(P<0.05).表明米力农联合常规治疗较单独使用常规治疗可明显提高心脏搭桥术后心力衰竭患者疗效,提高血管内皮生长因子水平,改善心肌酶谱水平及心功能指标且具有较高的安全性. To investigate the effect of milrinone on vascular endothelial growth factor,myocardial enzyme spectrum and cardiac function in patients with heart failure after cardiac bypass.A total of 84 patients with heart failure after cardiac bypass surgery who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to October 2019 were selected for the study.The patients were divided into 2 groups by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with milrinone on this basis.The clinical efficacy,vascular endothelial growth factor,myocardial enzyme spectrum,cardiac function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.09%,which was higher than 69.05%of the control group(P<0.05).Result showed that milrinone combined with conventional therapy can significantly improve the efficacy of heart failure patients after cardiac bypass surgery,increase the level of vascular endothelial growth factor,improve myocardial enzyme spectrum level and cardiac function indicators,and have higher safety than conventional therapy alone.
