摘要
本研究以云教研共同体两年的活动为背景,以一名促研员的自我反思日志、微信聊天记录、电话回溯性文档为数据追踪促研员角色发展过程,从“云连接论”视角分析角色变化的原因。为提升可信度,本研究邀请第二作者作为批判性同事参与数据分析校验。研究表明:“我”经历了被动的工具人、现实的调适者、理想的专业人三种角色。促研员角色变化和自我与共同体之间的连接关系密切关联。促研员融入连接关系的维度、强度和向度越充分,角色就发挥得越充分、越全面。
This study has traced the development of a facilitator(the first author of,or“I”in this article)within a two-year period in the Cloud Teaching-Research Community(CTRC).By taking a close look at the data of my reflective journal,We Chat messages and retrospective record of telephone talks,this paper has qualitatively analyzed the changes in my roles as a facilitator and explored the reasons for the changes from the perspective of Cloud Interconnectedness Theory.In order to avoid my bias on the data analysis,a critical friend(the second author)was invited to further check my analysis of the data.The findings reveal that my role as a facilitator has gone through developmental stages of my changed identities as a person as an instrument,a person as an accommodator,and finally a person as a professional.These changes are closely linked with the interconnectedness between the facilitator and the community.The more closely the facilitator is connected to the community,the higher degree of intensity and reciprocity is exhibited in the link between the facilitator and the community,the more comprehensive and complete roles the facilitator can play.
