摘要
为探究饲用小黑麦(×Triticale Wittmack)的营养价值,丰富我国饲料资源数据库,本试验以燕麦(Avena sativa)为对照,应用康奈尔净碳水化合物-蛋白质体系(CNCPS)中碳水化合物和含氮化合物的分类方法,测定燕麦和小黑麦的营养成分,计算其碳水化合物和蛋白质组分,并进行比较分析。结果表明:小黑麦干物质(Dry matter,DM)、粗蛋白(Crude protein,CP)、粗灰分(Crude ash,Ash)、木质素(Acidic detergent lignin,ADL)和中速降解真蛋白质(Medium speed degradation protein,PB_(2))含量均显著高于国产燕麦与进口燕麦(P<0.05);小黑麦的酸性洗涤不溶蛋白(Acidic detergent insoluble protein,ADIP)、可溶性蛋白(Soluble protein,SOLP)、糖类(Carbohydrate,CA)、可利用纤维(Available fiber,CB_(2))和不可降解蛋白质(Non-degradable protein,PC)含量显著低于国产燕麦和进口燕麦(P<0.05)。综上所述,在碳水化合物方面,国产燕麦与进口燕麦无差异,均优于小黑麦;在蛋白组分方面,小黑麦优于国产燕麦和进口燕麦。
In order to explore the nutritional value of forage Triticale(×Triticale Wittmack)and enrich the feed resource database of China,this experiment was conducted with Avena sativa as control.the carbohydrate and protein components of oat and triticale were determined,calculated and compared using Cornell net carbohydrate-protein system(CNCPS)classification method.The results showed that Dry matter(DM),Crude protein(CP),Crude ash,Acdic detergent lignin(ADL)and the Medium speed degradation protein(PB_(2))contents in triticale were significantly(P<0.05)higher than those in domestic and imported oat.The contents of Acid detergent insoluble protein(ADIP),Soluble protein(SOLP),Carbohydrate(CA),Available fiber(CB_(2))and Non-degradable protein(PC)in triticale were significantly(P<0.05)lower than those in domestic and imported oat.In conclusion,there was no difference in carbohydrate between domestic and imported oat,and they all were better than triticale in carbohydrate.Protein components in Triticale were superior to domestic oat and imported oat.
