摘要
目的:检验极简版5Cs积极青少年发展量表(PYD-VSF)的效度和信度。方法:使用线上调查方式,共18586名来自小学高年级、初中、高中和大学的青少年于2020年5月完成PYD-VSF、病人健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9)和心理韧性量表(CD-RISC-10)。对PYD-VSF进行条目分析、验证性因子分析、多群组分析、效标效度和增量效度分析。3个月后选取其中860人完成重测,用于评估重测信度。结果:验证性因子分析结果支持PYD-VSF的双因子结构,模型拟合良好(CFI=0.943,TLI=0.918,RMSEA=0.072);多群组分析结果显示PYD-VSF具有跨组的稳定性(△TLI<0.01,△CFI<0.01,△REMSE<0.01);PYD-VSF总分与PHQ-9得分呈负相关(r=-0.30),与CD-RISC-10得分呈正相关(r=0.43),均P<0.001。总量表的Cronbachα系数为0.91,重测信度(r)为0.71。回归分析结果显示,PYD-VSF负向预测抑郁(β=-0.27,P<0.001),且预测力高于其他变量。结论:极简版5Cs积极青少年发展量表(PYD-VSF)测评我国青少年群体显示有可接受的效度和信度,可用于测评青少年积极发展水平。
Objective:To test the validity and reliability of the Chinese version of the 5 Cs Positive Youth Development Scale-Very Short Form(PYD-VSF) in Chinese youth, and provide an effective and concise tool for the evaluation of positive youth development.Methods:Totally 18586 adolescents from primary schools(senior grades),junior high schools, senior high schools and universities completed online survey regarding PYD-VSF,depression(PHQ-9),and resilience(CD-RISC) in May, 2020.The data were analyzed by using item analysis, confirmatory factor analysis(CFA),multi-group analysis, concurrent validity, and incremental validity.Three months later, test-rest reliability was conducted in 860 subjects.Results:The results of confirmatory factor analysis supported the bifactor structure of PYD-VSF,and the model fitted well(CFI=0.943,TLI=0.918,RMSEA=0.072).The results of multi-group analysis showed that PVD-VSF was stable across groups(△TLI<0.01,△CFI<0.01,△REMSE<0.01).The PYD-VSF total scores were negatively correlated with the scores of PHQ-9(r=-0.30),and positively correlated with resilience scores(r=0.43),Ps<0.001.The Cronbach α coefficient of the scale was 0.91 and the test-retest reliability was 0.71.Regression analysis(backward) showed that PYD-VSF significantly negatively predicted depression(β=-0.27,P<0.001),with higher predictive power than other variables.Conclusion:It suggests that Positive Youth Development Scale-Very Short Form(PYD-VSF) has acceptable validity and reliability in Chinese youth, and could be used to measure the positive development level in Chinese youth.
