运用化湿活血法治疗代谢相关脂肪性肝病经验

Experience in treating metabolic associated fatty liver disease by dissipating dampness and promoting blood circulation

探讨高月求教授治疗代谢相关脂肪性肝病(MAFLD)的临床经验。高教授认为MAFLD的病位主要在肝,涉及脾肾,病机关键在于脾虚痰瘀,主要病因是情志不调、过食肥甘厚味、劳逸失调,治疗时以健脾祛湿、行气活血为原则,结合疏肝理气、清热利湿、健脾化痰、活血化瘀、补肝益肾等法加以治之。临床以经验方参葛方随症加减,配合针灸、穴位埋线及拔罐等中医外治法及饮食运动指导治疗MAFLD,取得良好的临床疗效。

The experience of professor GAO Yue-qiu treating metabolic associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD) was introduced in this paper. The disease location of MAFLD lied in the liver, spleen and kidney. The key of the pathogenesis is the spleen deficiency and phlegm accumulation and blood stasis syndrome. The main causes of MAFLD are emotional disorder,overeating fat and imbalance between work and rest. The treatment of MAFLD should be based on the principle of strengthening the spleen and removing dampness, promoting qi and activating blood circulation, combined with the methods of soothing the liver and regulating qi, clearing heat and dampness, strengthening the spleen and resolving phlegm, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, tonifying the liver and benefiting the kidney. The patients with MAFLD were treated with Shenge Formula,combined with acupuncture, acupoint catgut embedding, cupping and other external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and diet and exercise, and the clinical effects were significant.
