热镀锌锌花控制工艺的优化

摘要 某钢厂为满足客户需求,通过控制锌锭和锌液中Sb成分的范围,确定清洗段工艺参数,并根据板带厚度控制板带入锌锅温度和镀后冷却温度,控制了热镀锌板锌花的大小和均匀性,达到了客户对锌花质量的要求。 In order to meet the needs of customers, a steel plant determines the process parameters of the cleaning section by controlling the range of Sb composition in zinc ingot and zinc solution, and controls the zinc pot temperature and post plating cooling temperature according to the strip thickness, so as to control the size and uniformity of zinc flower of hot-dip galvanized sheet, and meet the customer’s requirements for zinc flower quality.
