摘要
采用有机与无机复合技术,研究了水性环氧树脂对超细水泥基防水堵漏材料工作性能、力学性能、变形性能及微观结构的影响。结果表明:水性环氧树脂可延长改性超细水泥基防水堵漏材料的凝结时间;水泥浆体的流动性随水性环氧树脂掺量的增加先增大后减小;随着水性环氧树脂掺量的增加,防水堵漏材料的抗压强度逐渐降低,但掺入适量水性环氧树脂可提高防水堵漏材料的抗折强度及界面粘结强度;水性环氧树脂的掺入可减小防水堵漏材料的干燥收缩;水性环氧树脂掺量为3%时,可使防水堵漏材料结构明显致密,孔隙率减小。
Organic and inorganic composite technology was used to study the influence of waterborne epoxy resin on the working performance,mechanical properties,deformation performance and microstructure of ultra-fine cement-based waterproof plug-ging composite materials. The results show that:waterborne epoxy resin can extend the setting time of modified ultra-fine cementbased waterproof plugging composite materials;the fluidity of cement paste first increases and then decreases with the increase of the content of waterborne epoxy resin;with the increase of the content of waterborne epoxy resin,the compressive strength of the waterproof plugging composite materials will gradually decrease,but an appropriate amount of waterborne epoxy resin can improve the flexural strength and interfacial bonding strength of the waterproof plugging composite materials;the addition of waterborne epoxy resin can reduce the drying shrinkage of the waterproof plugging composite materials;when the content of waterborne epoxy resin is 3%,the structure of the waterproof plugging composite materials material can be obviously dense and the porosity can be reduced.
