新佐剂新流二联浓缩苗与常规新流二联苗肉鸡免疫效果比较 被引量:2

摘要 为比较新型油佐剂鸡新城疫、禽流感(H9亚型)二联浓缩灭活疫苗(以下简称“新佐剂新流二联浓缩苗”)与常规油佐剂鸡新城疫、禽流感(H9亚型)二联灭活疫苗(以下简称“常规新流二联苗”)在商品肉鸡上的免疫效果,本研究用7日龄AA肉鸡对两种疫苗的安全性和有效性进行评价。安全性评价结果表明,商品肉鸡免疫新佐剂新流二联浓缩苗和常规新流二联苗后无任何不良反应,两种疫苗对肉鸡生长无影响,但新佐剂新流二联浓缩苗使用剂量免疫后14 d疫苗即可完全吸收,而常规新流二联苗免疫后28 d疫苗才能完全吸收。效力评价结果表明,与常规新流二联苗相比,新佐剂新流二联浓缩苗免疫后抗体产生速度快、滴度高、均匀度好,免疫后7 d即可为免疫鸡提供针对NDV和H9亚型禽流感的完全攻毒保护,保护效果优于常规新流二联苗。研究结果显示,新佐剂新流二联浓缩苗在肉鸡上安全、有效,具有疫苗粘度低、免疫剂量小、抗体产生快、疫苗吸收快的优势,适合大范围应用于肉鸡。 In order to compare the immune effects of a novel oil adjuvanted Newcastle disease and avian influenza(H9 subtype)bivalent concentrated inactivated vaccine(hereinafter referred to as the“novel adjuvant ND-H9 concentrated vaccine”)and conventional inactivated vaccine(hereinafter referred to as the“conventional ND-H9 vaccine”)in commercial broilers,7 days-old AA broilers were vaccinated to evaluate the safety and efficacy of these two vaccines.In the safety evaluation,both vaccines had no adverse reaction on vaccinated broilers and no effect on their growth.There were no visible vaccine residues at the injection sites of chickens at 14 days post immunization with the novel adjuvant ND-H9 concentrated vaccine while such observations were not noted until 28 days post immunization with the conventional ND-H9 vaccines.In terms of immune efficacy,the novel adjuvant ND-H9 concentrated vaccine induced completely protection against NDV and H9N2 AIV challenges at 7 days after immunization with higher titer and uniformity antibody compared to the conventional ND-H9 Vaccine.The results showed that the novel adjuvant ND-H9 concentrated vaccine was safe and effective in broilers and this vaccine also had the advantages of low viscosity,small immune dosage,fast antibody production and metabolism and absorption,indicating it was suitable for a wide application in poultry industry.
