小儿干咳方联合耳穴贴压治疗儿童慢性咳嗽风邪伤肺证疗效观察

Efficacy observation of Xiaoer Ganke Decoction combined with auricular points sticking on children with chronic cough of wind pathogenic attacking lung syndrome

目的:观察小儿干咳方联合耳穴贴压治疗儿童慢性咳嗽风邪伤肺证的临床疗效。方法:招募选取门诊符合诊断标准的慢性咳嗽风邪伤肺证患儿136例,随机分为中药组和中药+耳穴组,每组68例。中药组口服小儿干咳方,中药+耳穴组为中药内服联合耳穴贴压,均治疗14d,评价两组治疗前后咳嗽症状积分及中医证候积分。结果:中药+耳穴组总有效率97.1%(66/68),显著高于中药组82.4%(56/68)(P<0.05);中药+耳穴组咳嗽症状积分、咳嗽视觉模拟评分显著低于中药组(P<0.05);中药+耳穴组在改善鼻塞、流涕、出汗、睡眠、食欲、大便方面,疗效优于中药组(P<0.05)。结论:小儿干咳方联合耳穴贴压治疗儿童慢性咳嗽风邪伤肺证具有较好的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoer Ganke Decoction combined with auricular acupoint pressing on children with chronic cough of wind pathogenic attacking lung syndrome. Methods: 136 children with chronic cough of wind pathogenic attacking lung syndrome that met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine+auricular acupoint sticking group. Traditional Chinese medicine group took Xiaoer Ganke Decoction;and traditional Chinese medicine+auricular acupoint sticking group combined with auricular acupoint sticking on the basis of Group A. All patients were treated for 14 days to evaluate the scores of cough symptoms and TCM syndromes before and after treatment in the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine+auricular acupoint sticking group was 97.1%(66/68), which was significantly higher than that of traditional Chinese medicine group 82.4%(56/68)(P<0.05). Traditional Chinese medicine+auricular acupoint sticking group can improve cough symptom accumulation.The scores of visual simulation of cough and cough were lower than those of traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).Traditional Chinese medicine+auricular acupoint sticking group was better than traditional Chinese medicine group in improving the nasal congestion, runny nose, sweating, sleep, appetite and stool(P<0.05). Conclusion: Xiaoer Ganke Decoction combined with auricular acupoint pressing has a good effect on the treatment of children with chronic cough of pathogenic attacking lung syndrome, and it is worthy of clinical application.
