摘要 我厂35kV变压器生产过程中发现一起未投产变压器油中氢气含量超标的案例。这种常见性故障一般并不严重,但仍然会降低变压器的性能和寿命。本文从变压器生产环节入手,对可能导致产氢的多种因素进行测试,最终确定主要因素是游离水分,并查明水分来源,根据分析结果优化生产工艺,成功排除了故障。 A malfunction that the concentration of hydrogen in the oil exceeds the standard is found in the production process 35kV transformers.Usually,such common malfunctions are insignificant,but they still affect lifetime of transformer.Through testing many procedures of production,the principal cause is determined to be the free water in oil.After finding the source of the water,the production process is optimized and the problem is solved.
