摘要
目的探究临床护理管理中应用分层级管理对护理人员工作积极性的影响。方法调取该院2019年5月—2020年3月70名护理人员,随机分为两组,各35名,比较观察组(给予分层级管理)和对照组(给予常规管理)的管理效果。结果①干预后,观察组的各项护理管理效果均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②干预后,观察组的护理实践能力和理论知识储备能力均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③干预后,观察组(100.00%)对科室护理制度满意度显著高于对照组(77.14%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④干预后,观察组的职业态度评价明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);⑤观察组的高年资医生评价、患者评价和患者家属评价均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层级管理模式可激发工作积极性,提升护理实践能力和理论知识储备能力,增强护理质量,提升对护理管理制度的满意度,值得广大管理人员参考。
Objective To explore the effect of hierarchical management in clinical nursing management on the work enthusiasm of nursing staff.Methods A total of 70 nursing staff in the hospital from May 2019 to March 2020 were recruited and randomly divided into two groups,35 in each group.The management effects of the observation group(given hierarchical management)and the control group(given routine management)were compared.Results 1.After the intervention,the nursing management effects of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After the intervention,the nursing practice ability and theoretical knowledge reserve ability of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After the intervention,the observation group(100.00%)had significantly higher satisfaction with the nursing system of the department than the control group(77.14%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After the intervention,the occupational attitude evaluation of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The evaluation of senior doctors,patients and family members of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical management model can stimulate work enthusiasm,improve nursing practice ability and theoretical knowledge reserve ability,enhance nursing quality,and improve satisfaction with nursing management system.It is worthy of reference for managers.
