城市技术人工物意向下的城市现代性问题及出路

The Problems of Urban Modernity in the Context of Technical Artifacts and Its Countermeasures

虽然技术的工具理性促成了城市化进程,但是也造成了城市的蔓延、城市人文肌理的断裂、城市差异性受限、日常生活依赖技术性的设置和城市空间隔离等城市现代性问题。这是城市技术人工物功能意向的符号化、价值意向的工具化、伦理意向的等级化的必然结果。为此,从超越本质主义和理性主义的立场出发,从发展智慧科技、涵养城市文化、提升城市技术人工物共享价值3个方面对城市日常生活进行改造,来克服由于技术理性而带来的城市现代性问题。

Although the instrumental rationality of technology has contributed to the process of urbanization,it has also caused such problems of urban modernity as urban sprawl,textural rupturing of urban humanities,limited urban differentiation,dependence of daily life on technical instruments,and urban spatial isolation.These are inevitable due to the symbolization of the functional intentions,the instrumentalization of value intentions,and the hierarchization of ethical intentions pertaining to urban technical artifacts.For this reason,starting from a standpoint that transcends essentialism and rationalism,we conclude that urban daily life can be transformed by developing smart technology,conserving urban culture,and enhancing the shared values of urban technical artifacts,so as to overcome the problems of urban modernity brought about by technical rationality.
