摘要
为了解温度和盐度对眼斑双锯鱼(Amphiprion ocellaris)、黑公子小丑(Amphiprion ocellaris black)和海葵双锯鱼(毕加索小丑,Amphiprion percula)仔鱼变态和发育的影响,在不同温度(22、26、30、34℃)和不同盐度(20‰、25‰、30‰、35‰)下,研究三种小丑鱼仔鱼的成活率和变态时间,及初孵仔鱼在水温28℃、盐度30‰条件下,12 d内体长的增长情况。结果表明,三种小丑鱼仔鱼的存活率随温度的升高呈现先升高后下降的趋势,变态时间随温度升高呈现缩短的趋势,其中30℃时,眼斑双锯鱼和黑公子小丑仔鱼的存活率最高,26℃时,毕加索小丑仔鱼的存活率最高;三种小丑鱼仔鱼的成活率和变态时间随盐度的升高整体呈现先上升后下降的趋势,在盐度30‰时,三种小丑鱼仔鱼的成活率最高;在水温(28±1)℃、盐度30‰条件下,初孵仔鱼体长大小依次为黑公子小丑、眼斑双锯鱼、毕加索小丑。培养12 d后,三种小丑鱼体长增幅大小依次为毕加索小丑、眼斑双锯鱼、黑公子小丑。分析认为,三种小丑鱼在水温25~30℃,盐度30‰时进行仔鱼培育最为适宜。
In order to understand the effects of different temperatures and salinities on the development and metamorphosis of three kinds of clownfish larvae,including Amphiprion occellaris,Amphiprion ocellaris black and Amphiprion percula,the survival rates and metamorphosis times of newly hatched larvae were studied at different temperatures(22℃,26℃,30℃,34℃)and different salinities(20‰,25‰,30‰,35‰),and the growth of body length of newly hatched larvae within 12 days at the water temperature of 28℃and salinity of 30‰.The results showed that the survival rates of larvae of three kinds of clownfish increased first and then decreased with increasing temperature,and the metamorphosis time decreased with the increasing temperature.Among them,the survival rates of Amphiprion occellaris and Amphiprion ocellaris black larvae were the highest at 30℃and the survival rate of Amphiprion percula larvae was the highest at 26℃.The survival rate and metamorphosis time of larvae of the three kinds of clownfish increased first and then decreased with increasing salinity.Among them,the survival rate of three kinds of clownfish was the highest at 30‰.At the water temperature of(28±1)℃and salinity of 30‰,the body length of newly hatched larvae were in order of Amphiprion ocellaris black,Amphiprion occellaris and Amphiprion percula.The body length of three kinds of clownfish increased in the order of Amphiprion percula,Amphiprion ocellaris and Amphiprion ocellaris black after raising for 12 days.In conclusion,water temperature of 25~30℃and the salinity of 30‰is more suitable for the three kinds of clownfish larvae.
