摘要
采用SEM及OM等试验手段,针对汽车用弹簧钢热轧盘条在拉拔过程中产生的断裂,通过对断裂形貌和微观检验进行分析,对其产生原因进行深入研究,并提出了相应的工艺改进措施。
By means of SEM and OM,the fracture of hot rolled wire rod of spring steel used in automobile is analyzed by means of fracture morphology and microscopic examination,and the cause of fracture is studied deeply,and the corresponding technological improvement measures are put forward.
