摘要
介绍了一种U波段高功率波导隔离器的设计方法,分析差相移波导隔离器的工作原理,利用HFSS仿真软件优化设计,并采用ANSYS热力学软件来校核功率容量,最终研制出一种宽频带、高功率、低损耗、高可靠性的隔离器。主要性能指标为:工作频率:46~52 GHz,电压驻波比≤1.25,插入损耗≤0.65 dB,隔离度≥23 dB,功率容量≥150W。器件已经受星载环境试验条件考核,并成功通过203W功率极限试验考核。
In this paper,we propose a kind of high power waveguide isolator for U-band applications.Based on analysis on the principle of differential phase shift isolator,wide-band,high power,low loss and high reliability samples have been developed successfully by using HFSS simulation software and ANSYS thermodynamics software.The isolator features a frequency range of 46 to 52 GHz,voltage standing wave ratio≤1.25,insertion loss≤0.65 dB,isolation≥23 dB,and power capacity≥150W.Finally,the isolators successfully passed the test inspection of 203Wultimate power.
