摘要
通过季铵化和磺化对风化煤腐植酸(HA)进行改性,比较2种方法对其阻垢、缓蚀和灭藻性能的影响。研究结果表明,季铵化改性风化煤腐植酸(QHA)和磺化改性腐植酸(SHA)阻垢的最佳投加量分别是20和40 mg/L,阻垢率分别为85.77%和81.4%;最佳缓蚀投加量为40 mg/L时,QHA的缓蚀率高达82.10%,比相同投加量下HA和SHA的缓蚀率高出约50.9%;同时,QHA耐热性能更好,并可实现8 h内100%高效灭藻。CaCO_(3)垢样的扫描电镜和X射线衍射分析表明,加入QHA和SHA使垢样晶体结构畸变明显,但QHA使结晶度下降更多,有助于阻垢性能发挥。经季铵化改性后,HA性能更加优良,适用性更好。
Weathered coal humic acid(HA)was modificated through quaternary ammonium and sulfonation modification,the scale inhibition,corrosion inhibition and algae kill performance of the HA modified by the two methods were compared.The study results showed that,the optimal dosage of quaternary ammonium modified QHA and sulfonation modified SHA were 20 and 40 mg/L respectively,the scale removal rates were 85.77%and 81.40%respectively.With the optimal dosage(40 mg/L),the corrosion inhibition rate of QHA reached 82.10%,which was about 50.9%higher than that of the HA and SHA on the condition of equivalent dosage.The thermostability of QHA was the best;therefore,it could realize 100%high-efficiency elimination of algae within 8 hours.The scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis of CaCO_(3) deposit showed that the addition of QHA or SHA could make CaCO_(3) crystal structure obvious distortion,however,adding QHA sharply decrease the degree of crystallinity,which was conducive to the anti-scaling effect.The performance of quaternary ammonium modified HA was excellent and the applicability was also better.
