微波法一步合成LiNi_(1/3)Co_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_(2)材料及其性能

One Step Synthesis of LiNi_(1/3)Co_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_(2) by Microwave Method and its Properties

摘要 以乙酸盐为原料,通过一步微波法烧结制备出了镍钴锰酸锂LiNi_(1/3)Co_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_(2)正极材料,研究了烧结温度、保温时间对材料结构形貌以及电化学性能的影响。结果表明,在900℃保温4 h所制备的正极材料,以0.2C倍率,2.75~4.3 V电压平台下首次放电容量为156 mAh/g,经过50圈充放电循环后,容量为136.91 mAh/g,容量保持率为87.76%;在电流密度0.5C和1C条件下,经过50次循环后容量保持率分别为86.59%、79.71%。 LiNi_(1/3)Co_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_(2) cathode materials were prepared by one-step microwave sintering with acetate as raw material.The effects of sintering temperature and holding time on the structure,morphology and electrochemical properties of the materials were studied.The results show that the first discharge capacity of the cathode material prepared at 900℃for 4 h is 156 mAh/g at the voltage platform of 2.75—4.3 V at the rate of 0.2C.After 50 cycles of charge and discharge,the capacity is 136.91 mAh/g and the capacity retention rate is 87.76%.Under the current density of 0.5C and 1C,the capacity retention rate is 86.59%and 79.71%respectively after 50 cycles.
