摘要
简要综述了国内外铁电材料的研究现状,重点讨论了陶瓷材料、薄膜材料和高分子聚合材料在电热制冷中的应用现状。阐述了各种材料的发展现状及研究方向。对迄今为止国内外制作的一系列电热制冷原型机进行了一定的总结。
The research status of ferroelectric materials at home and abroad is briefly reviewed,with emphasis on the application of ceramic materials,thin film materials and polymer materials in electrocaloric refrigeration.The development status and research direction of various materials are described.A series of electrocaloric prototypes made at home and abroad so far are summarized.
