摘要
新疆索尔库都克铜(钼)矿二期选矿厂一段磨矿分级系统使用传统的Ф610mm 45°锥旋流器进行分级,通过对磨矿分级作业进行流程考察,数据表明该作业流程存在分级效率低、循环负荷高等问题,影响了球磨机台效及选别指标。应用2台新型Ф500 mm平底旋流器替代1台传统Ф610 mm锥45°旋流器进行一段分级。改造后经工业调试取得显著效果:分级量效率和质效率显著提高,球磨机台效提高了20 t/h,同时有效缓解了球磨机排矿产品的过磨现象。
Xinjiang sol libraries are grams of copper(molybdenum) ore concentrator of second phase of a grinding classification system use the traditional Ф610 mm 45° cone cyclone classification, through the study of the process of grinding grading operation inspection, the data show that the process is low classification efficiency and high cycle load, affect the ball mill machine and choose don’t index. Application of two new Ф 500 mm flat hydrocyclone traditional Ф610 mm 45° cone cyclone on a grade. After the transformation, remarkable results were achieved through industrial debugging, the fractional quantity efficiency and quality efficiency were significantly improved, the table efficiency of the ball mill was increased by 20 t/h, and the over-grinding of the ore drainage products of the ball mill was effectively alleviated.
