对夹式外置抱闸的结构设计及应用

摘要 针对涤纶短纤维生产线后处理设备电动机的制动方式,分析了目前采用的内置电磁抱闸制动结构存在的主要问题,提出采用对夹式外置抱闸代替内置电磁抱闸和WGP型带制动盘式外置抱闸。内置电磁抱闸快速制动易引起振动、维修难度大。对夹式外置抱闸主要由制动盘结合件、气动钳盘制动器、制动器底座组成,气动钳盘制动器的气缸在气压作用下使左、右制动臂带动摩擦块合拢,与制动盘端面之间产生向上的摩擦力,夹紧制动盘实现抱闸制动。该制动结构模块独立、结构紧凑、安装及维护方便,已用于涤纶短纤维后处理设备。以1条100 t/d涤纶短纤维生产线后处理设备电动机为例,对夹式外置抱闸、内置电磁抱闸、WGP型带制动盘式外置抱闸的平均拆装时间分别为0.5,7.9,4.3 h,费用分别为10.6,70.0,11.2万元,采用对夹式外置抱闸的工作效率及经济效益明显得到提高。 The main problems of the internal electromagnetic holding brake structure currently used were analyzed based on the motor braking mode of the post-treatment equipment of polyester staple fiber production line, and it was proposed to adopt an external wafer-type holding brake instead of the internal electromagnetic holding brake and external WGP-type holding brake with brake disc. The internal electromagnetic holding breake is prone to vibration caused by fast braking, resulting in great maintenance difficulties. The external wafer-type holding brake is mainly composed of brake disc assembly, pneumatic caliper disc brake and brake base. Under the action of air pressure, the air cylinder of pneumatic caliper disc brake makes the left and right brake arms drive the friction block to close, generates upward friction with the end face of the brake disc and clamps the brake disc to realize holding brake. The brake structure has the advantages of independent module, compact structure and convenient installation and maintenance. It has been used in the post-treatment equipment of polyester staple fiber. Taking the motor of a 100 t/d polyester staple fiber production line as an example, the average disassembly and assembly time of the external wafer-type holding brake, internal electromagnetic holding brake and external WGP-type holding brake with brake disc was 0.5, 7.9 and 4.3 h respectively, and the cost was 106, 700 and 112 thousand RMB yuan respectively, which proved that the working efficiency and economic benefit were significantly improved due to the application of external wafer-type holding brake.
