摘要
掉层建筑因不等高基础嵌固的存在,结构刚度在水平及竖向分布不均匀。同时,受到边坡岩土性质、边坡高度、边坡支挡形式和结构接地类型等因素的影响,掉层结构的受力与变形特点、动力响应特征等与常规建筑结构存在较大差异。以某山地掉层剪力墙结构为例,从设计理论依据、荷载取值、结构布置、抗震验算、抗震构造、边坡支挡、基础与主体设计等方面对掉层结构的设计方法进行了简要介绍。通过对掉层结构不规则性特点和震害特征分析,对其设计要点进行了总结,可为类似项目提供一定的借鉴。
Because of the building foundation with different elevations,the structural stiffness is unevenly distributed horizontally and vertically.At the same time,because of the influence of rock and soil properties,slope height,slope supporting form and structure earthing type,there are great differences between the building supported by foundations with different elevations and the conventional building in the characteristics of stress and deformation,dynamic response and so on.Take the shear wall structure on the slope as an example,the design method of structure supported by foundations with different elevations was briefly introduced from the aspects of design theory,load value,structure arrangement,aseismic checking calculation,aseismic structure,slope support,foundation and main body design.Based on the analysis of the irregular characteristics and seismic damage characteristics of the structure supported by foundations with different elevations,the key points of its design were summarized,which can be used for reference for similar projects.
