摘要
[目的/意义]为充分利用学者已有研究成果,实现对学者客观科学的评价。[方法/过程]针对h指数存在的忽略高被引论文、只考虑h核内论文未考虑h核外论文、忽略合著者对科研成果贡献的差异以及存在精确注水等问题,提出综合考虑学者学术影响力和学者活跃度的h_(μ)指数。该指数用基尼系数和篇均被引量处理h核内外学术论文被引量以度量学者学术影响力;在学者活跃度部分,基于布拉德福分区理论实现学者的分级评定,并通过学者既定时间窗内的学者发文量与同区学者平均发文量之比实现学者活跃度度量。[结果/结论]抽取情报学领域相关学者验证了上述评价指标的合理性和科学性。
[Purpose/significance]In order to make full use of the existing research results of scholars and realize the objective and scientific evaluation of scholars.[Method/process]Aiming at the problems existing in the h index,such as ignoring highly cited papers,only considering the papers in the h core without considering the papers outside the h core,ignoring the differences in the contribution of coauthors to scientific research achievements,and precise water injection,this paper puts forward the h_(μ) index which comprehensively considers the academic influence and activity of scholars.h_(μ) index uses Gini coefficient and the number of citations per article to deal with the number of citations of academic papers inside and outside the h core to measure the academic influence of scholars.In the part of scholar activity,the graded evaluation of scholars is realized based on Bradford’s zoning theory,and the scholar activity is measured by the ratio of the number of papers published by scholars in the given time window to the average number of papers published by scholars in the same area.[Result/conclusion]Relevant scholars in the field of informatics were selected to verify the rationality and scientificity of the above evaluation indicators.
