镉离子印迹聚丙烯滤芯棉的吸附性能

摘要 为了有选择性地吸附水中重金属离子镉,采用离子表面印迹技术与紫外光接枝法相结合,以镉(Cd)离子为模板离子、丙烯酸(AA)为功能单体、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,制备出交联接枝率为220%的镉印迹PP棉。采用红外光谱和扫描电子显微镜对其结构和形貌进行表征,采用平衡吸附法考察镉印迹PP棉的选择吸附性能。结果表明,在竞争离子(Cu^(2+)、Pb^(2+)、Zn^(2+))存在下,镉印迹PP棉对Cd^(2+)的相对选择性系数(k′)是非印迹PP棉的2倍多,说明镉离子表面印迹PP棉对Cd^(2+)具有更强的选择吸附性。 With ion surface imprinting technique and UV grafting method,the Cd-imprinted polypropylene(PP)cotton with crosslinking grafting rate of 220%was prepared by using Cd ions as template ions,acrylic acid(AA)as functional monomer,and N,N-methylene bisacrylamide(MBA)as crosslinking agent.The structure and morphology were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy;the selective adsorption properties of cadmium imprinted PP were investigated by equilibrium adsorption method.The results showed that in the presence of competitive ions(Cu^(2+),Pb^(2+),Zn^(2+)),the relative selectivity coefficient(k′)of Cd^(2+)imprinted PP cotton was more than twice that of non-imprinted PP cotton,indicating that the Cd-imprinted polypropylene(PP)cotton had stronger selective adsorption for Cd^(2+).
