The Global Development Initiative and Global Security Initiative are the latest public goods given by China to address international security challenges and promote stable and long-term global development.The COVID-19 pandemic has not yet dissipated,the Ukraine crisis is still dragging on,traditional and non-traditional security threats are continuing to be superimposed on each other,and peace and development are being severely challenged.
