南海海难救援中救助飞机的优选研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对南海海难救援中救助飞机优选研究不全面的现状,以最常发生的海上落水人命救助为例,对救助飞机设计指标、南海救助影响因素、人命事故特征进行分析,遴选影响救助飞机优选的属性指标,并通过熵值法确定各属性的权重。应用模糊综合评价法对适用的救助飞机进行评价排序,得出救助飞机的优选方案。最后通过相似度比较与专家实际打分验证,模糊综合评价法得到的优选方案与实际选派方案一致,表明将该方法应用到南海海难救助飞机的优选中是合理有效的。 The selection of airplanes for drowning life rescue is studied.The specifications of rescue airplanes,the specific conditions in South China Sea and characteristic of fetal accidents are analyzed and a set of indexes for the airplane selection is set up.The weights of each index are defined by means of entropy method.The candidate planes are ranked according to fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The ranking results are compared to that produced by expert evaluation,which shows they are in agreement.
