摘要
目的:本实验主要是通过高效液相色谱法检测出知母中芒果苷的含量。方法:本实验首先是通过超声一段时间后,提取出知母中含有的芒果苷,再采用高效液相色谱法测定出芒果苷的含量。色谱柱为安捷伦EC-C_(18),4μm,型号:46×150 mm。色谱检测条件:检测流动相是0.2%的冰醋酸溶液与乙腈,体积比是85∶15;进样流速测定值为1.0 mL/min;进样检测量10μL;洗脱检测持续时间20 min/针;柱温为40℃;检测波长为258 nm。结果:知母中芒果苷的含量为0.82%。结论:该方法操作简便、用时短、结果精确,可广泛应用于对知母中芒果苷质量的检测。
Objective:to detect the content of mangiferin in rhizoma anemarrhenae by HPLC.Methods:in this study,mangiferin was extracted from anemarrhena by ultrasound for a period of time,and then the content of mangiferin was determined by HPLC.The chromatographic column was agilent ec-C_(18),4μm,model no.:46×150 mm.Chromatographic detection conditions:the mobile phase was 0.2%glacial acetic acid solution and acetonitrile,the ratio was 85∶15;the measured value of injection velocity was 1.0 mL/min:sampling detection amount was 10 L;elution detection duration was 20 min/pin;the column temperature was 40℃;the detection wavelength was 258 nm.Results:the content of mangiferin was 0.82%.Conclusion:the method is simple,quick and accurate,and can be widely used to detect the quality of mangiferin in anemarrhena anemarrhena.
