摘要
干法选煤技术适合高寒干旱地区煤炭的分选加工。分析了“双碳”目标下,我国干法选煤技术的新方向和新进展,介绍了复合式干法选煤、风力分选、光电分选和空气重介质流化床干法选煤等干法选煤技术和分选原理,阐述了新形势下干法选煤技术的机遇与挑战,提出应着力突破细粒煤分选、干法选煤智能化以及高精度和宽粒级入选等技术难点;认为促进干法选煤技术应用可助力煤炭行业绿色发展,有效应对“双碳”挑战。
Dry coal preparation technology is suitable for the separation and processing of coal in high cold and arid areas.This paper analyzes the new direction and progress of China's dry coal preparation technology under the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,introduces the dry coal preparation technology and separation principle such as combined dry coal separation,wind separation,photoelectric separation and air dense medium fluidized bed dry coal separation,expounds the opportunities and challenges of dry coal preparation technology under the new situation,proposes that efforts should be made to break through the technical difficulties of fine coal separation,intelligent dry coal separation,and high-precision and wide particle size selection,and believes that promoting the application of dry coal preparation can help the green development of the coal industry and effectively meet the challenges of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
