摘要
目的:探讨虚拟现实体感运动对精神障碍伴代谢综合征(MS)患者代谢指标的影响。方法:62例住院治疗的精神障碍伴MS患者按随机数字法分为干预组与对照组,每组31例。两组患者均接受常规抗精神病药及降脂降压药物治疗、健康教育及饮食控制;在此基础上干预组接受虚拟现实体感运动干预3周。分别于干预前、干预后1、2、3周测量入组者身高、体质量、腰围、血压,计算体质量指数(BMI);并检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平。结果:干预后,干预组各时间点BMI、腰围、舒张压、血清TG及LDL水平较前有显著改善(P均<0.05);对照组干预后第2周BMI、舒张压显著低于干预前(P均<0.05),干预后各时间点血清TG水平、干预后第1、3周血清LDL水平显著低于干预前(P均<0.05)。干预组干预后第2周血清LDL水平及干预后第3周血清LDL、TG水平显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。BMI、腰围、舒张压、血清TG水平的组别和时间的交互作用显著(P均<0.05)。结论:在饮食控制及药物治疗的基础上联合虚拟现实体感运动可更有效地改善精神障碍伴MS患者的代谢指标。
Objective:To study the impact of virtual reality motor sensing exercise on metabolic indices in patients with mental disorders associated with the metabolic syndrome.Method:62 cases of hospitalized patients with psychiatric disorders associated with MS were divided into the intervention group and the control group according to the random number method,31 cases in each group.Two groups were treated with conventional antipsychotics and lipid-lowering antihypertensive drug therapy,health education and diet control;besides the above treatmen,the intervention group received an extra virtual reality motor sensing exercise intervention for three weeks.Before the intervention and 1 week,2 weeks and 3 weeks after the intervention,patients’height,body mass,waist circumference and blood pressure were measured,their body mass index(BMI)were calculated,and their serum total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL)levels were tested.Results:After the intervention,in the intervention group,the BMI,waist circumference and diastolic blood pressure,serum TG and LDL level improved significantly(P<0.05).After two weeks intervention,the BMI,diastolic blood pressure in the control group was significantly lower than before(P<0.05).Serum TG level at each time point after intervention and serum LDL level 1,3 weeks after the intervention were significantly lower than before(P<0.05).The serum LDL level two weeks after the intervention and the serum LDL,TG level three weeks after the intervention in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Repeated measure analysis of variance showed that BMI,waist circumference and diastolic blood pressure,serum TG level had significant time and group interaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of the diet control and drug therapy,the virtual reality motor sensing exercise can more effectively improve the metabolic indices in mental disordered patients with MS.
