摘要
晚期子宫内膜癌(EC)生存率低,复发率高。梁雪芳教授以“百病皆由脾胃衰而生也”贯穿晚期EC治疗始终,以健脾益气大法为基,并根据围手术期、放化疗期不同治疗阶段分阶段遣方用药,起到了减毒增效,协同抗瘤之功,从而达到控制复发,延长生存期的目的。附1例生存期超过6年、无复发的Ⅳ期EC病案。
Advanced endometrial carcinoma(EC) has low survival rate and high recurrence rate. Professor Liang Xuefang believes "all diseases resulting from spleen-stomach weakness" throughout the treatment of advanced EC. Based on the method of invigorating spleen and replenishing qi, and according to the different treatment stages of perioperative period, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, she sent prescriptions in stages, which played a role in reducing toxicity, increasing efficiency, as well as fighting against tumor, so as to control recurrence and prolong survival. A case of stage IV EC with a survival of more than 6 years and no recurrence is attached.
