5种种衣剂对花生根腐病的防治效果试验 被引量:10

摘要 为了更好地防控花生根腐病,测定了4%精甲·咯·嘧菌酯FS等5种种衣剂包衣对花生根腐病的田间药效。田间药效试验结果表明,4%精甲·咯·嘧菌酯FS等5种种衣剂包衣能明显提高花生出苗率,促进花生苗生长,对花生根腐病有很好的防治效果。4%精甲·咯·嘧菌酯FS(26.7、40、50 g a.i./100 kg种子)、24%苯醚·咯·噻虫FS(160 g a.i./100 kg种子)、15%多·福FS(187.5 g a.i./100 kg种子)、33%咯菌腈·噻虫胺FS(165 g a.i./100 kg种子)、对照药剂25%噻虫·咯·霜灵FS(150 g a.i./100 kg种子)对花生根腐病的防治效果,分别为81.91%~92.51%、83.86%、79.39%、86.80%和89.43%。4%精甲·咯·嘧菌酯FS 40、50 g a.i./100 kg种子对花生根腐病的防治效果与对照药剂25%噻虫·咯·霜灵FS 150 g a.i./100 kg种子处理差异不显著。 In this paper,the field efficacy of 5 kinds of seed coating agents,such as azoxystrobin 4%FS against peanut root rot was tested.The results showed that the coating agents could increase the rate of peanut seedling emergence and promote the growth of peanut seedling.These seed coating agents also had good control effect on peanut root rot.The control effect of metalaxyl-M+fludioxonil+azoxystrobin 4%FS under dosage 26.7,40,50 g a.i./100 kg seeds,difenoconazole+thiamethoxam+fludioxonil 24%FS under 160 g a.i./100 kg seeds,carbendazim+thiram 15%FS under 87.5 g a.i./100 kg seeds,fludioxonil+clothianidin FS 33%FS under 165 g a.i./100 kg seeds and thiamethoxam+roxalaxyl 25%FS under 150 g a.i./100 kg seeds on peanut root rot were 81.91%,88.06%,92.51%,83.86%,79.39%,86.80%and 89.43%.There was no significant difference in the control effect between metalaxyl-m+fludioxonil+azoxystrobin 4%FS under dosage of 40 and 50 g a.i./100 kg seeds and thiamethoxam+fludioxonil+metalaxyl-M 25%FS under dosage of 150 g a.i./100 kg seeds.
