基于K均值空间聚类的集体建设用地质量评价研究 被引量:1

摘要 为推进乡村建设用地空间治理并开创乡村振兴新格局,以咸安区集体建设用地为研究对象,借助综合指数法、空间聚类、景观破碎度等构建一种集体建设用地质量等级评价的新方法.建立影响建设用地质量空间差异的指标体系,以综合指数法为基础,计算出评价单元总分值,通过空间区位和景观破碎度修正后的K均值空间聚类法,获取集体建设用地质量等级结果.结果表明:商服中心等17个指标能较好地反映集体建设用地质量的空间差异;基于修正的K均值空间聚类,将研究区集体建设用地质量分为4个等级,Ⅰ~Ⅳ级的面积分别为3 306.20 hm^(2)、2 303.22 hm^(2)、2 157.74 hm^(2)、2 230.84 hm^(2),对应的占比为33.07%、23.04%、21.58%和22.31%;空间聚类结果较好地反映了集体建设用地从城镇中心到城镇边缘的质量等级落差.此研究能够为完善集体建设用地质量评价理论体系、推进集体建设用地入市等实践工作提供参考. In order to achieve the goal of both geological excellence and spatial aggregation for collective construction, a new method for collective construction land grade evaluation was constructed by taking collective construction land in Xian’an District as an example, combining comprehensive index method, spatial agglomeration and landscape fragmentation. The total score of each evaluation unit was calculated based on the comprehensive index method, and then the K-means spatial clustering method after the correction of spatial location and landscape fragmentation was used to obtain the quality grade results of collective construction land. The results show that 17 indicators such as the Commercial Service Center can better reflect the spatial difference in the quality of collective construction land;based on the modified K-means spatial clustering, the quality of collective construction land in the study area is divided into level IV, and the area of level I is 3 306.20 hectares. The land area of Grade II is 2 303.22 hectares, accounting for 23.04%, the area of Grade III land is 2 157.74 hectares, accounting for 21.58%, and the area of Grade IV land is 2 230.84 hectares, accounting for 22.31%;the distribution of spatial clustering results objectively reflects the distance from the urban center to the urban center. The research provides reference and reference for the improvement of the theoretical system of collective construction land quality assessment and the in-depth development of practical work.
