基于虚拟样机的交流底盘测功机系统研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对传统底盘测功机系统存在的加载精度低和程序繁琐等问题,基于虚拟样机技术构建交流底盘测功机系统。利用ADAMS软件建立交流底盘测功机动力学模型,在Matlab软件的Simulink模块中建立交流底盘测功机控制系统模型,通过Adams/Controls模块完成交流底盘测功机虚拟样机系统搭建,最后基于车辆滑行工况对基于虚拟样机的交流底盘测功机系统进行仿真,并与实车试验进行对比分析。结果表明:所设计的基于虚拟样机的交流底盘测功机系统相比于传统底盘测功机系统,能将检测误差由7.63%降低到1.71%,证明该系统相比于传统底盘测功机系统具有更高的模拟精度,可以代替传统底盘测功机系统进行车辆滑行试验,降低车辆试验的成本,为车辆台架性能试验提供一种新途径。 Aiming at the problems of low loading accuracy,cumbersome procedures in traditional chassis dynamometer systems,the Alternating Current(AC)chassis dynamometer system was constructed based on virtual prototype technology.The dynamic model of the AC chassis dynamometer was established by Adams software,the control system model of AC chassis dynamometer system was established in the Simulink module of Matlab software,and through the Adams/Controls module the construction of the AC chassis dynamometer virtual prototype system was completed.Finally,the AC chassis dynamometer system based on virtual prototype was simulated based on the vehicle taxiing conditions,and compared with the actual vehicle test.The results show that the designed AC chassis dynamometer system based on virtual prototype can reduce the detection error from 7.63%to 1.71%compared with the traditional chassis dynamometer systems,which proves that the system has higher simulation accuracy compared with the traditional chassis dynamometer systems,it can replace the traditional chassis dynamometer systems for vehicle taxiing test,reduce the cost of vehicle test,and provide a new way for vehicle bench performance test.
