摘要
论文结合国际汽车工程学会圆弧理论研究少片变截面板簧采用上卷耳和平卷耳时的主片中心运动轨迹,作图对比结果显示平卷耳板簧比上卷耳板簧的纵向位移小。在Adams软件中建立车辆1/2前悬架仿真模型,进一步分析两种卷耳结构的影响,模拟分析平行轮跳和双轮反向跳动工况时平卷耳和上卷耳板簧方案的悬架运动趋势,结果表明,平卷耳板簧方案有利于改善车轮定位参数和提高车辆操稳性能,该研究结果可为后续板簧方案设计提供理论依据。
Based on the arc theory of International Society of Automotive Engineers,the motion trajectory of the main leaf center of the leaf spring with a few pieces of variable cross-section leaf spring was studied when the upper and flat ears were used.The comparison results of plane drawing show that the longitudinal displacement of the flat leaf spring ear is smaller than that of the upper leaf spring ear.1/2 front suspension simulation model of a vehicle was established in Adams,and the influence of the two leaf spring ear structures was further analyzed.The suspension movement trend of the flat and upper leaf spring ear schemes was simulated and analyzed under the conditions of parallel wheel jump and double wheel reverse jump.The results show that the flat leaf spring ear scheme is beneficial to improve the wheel alignment parameters and vehicle handling and stability performance,which can provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent design of leaf spring scheme.
