基于航天贮箱窄小间隙结构的多余物防控研究

摘要 航天产品多余物对日益高密度的航天活动带来了极大挑战。因此,先深入探讨航天产品多余物种类和危害,系统总结多余物的产生环节和因素,并给出防控原则,再重点研究贮箱多余物的产生和防控,尤其是对窄小间隙结构,提出了金属多余物定量评价方法——金属多余物无损检测成像评价方法,从而消除“顽固”金属多余物对航天活动带来的危害。 Redundancy posed great challenges to the increasingly dense space activities.In this paper,the redundant species and hazards of aerospace products were discussed in depth,the production links and factors of redundancy were systematically summarized,and the prevention and control principles were put forward.The production and prevention of redundancy in tank was studied,especially for the narrow gap structure,a quantitative evaluation method of metal redundancy that is non-destructive testing imaging evaluation method,was proposed to completely eliminate the risk of“stubborn”metal redundancy on space activities.
