组织细胞因子在溃疡性结肠炎患者中的表达水平

Expression of tissue cytokines in patients with ulcerative colitis

目的探讨组织细胞因子在溃疡性结肠炎患者中的表达水平。方法选取2017年6月至2019年3月中国人民解放军第九六九医院收治的70例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为观察组,另选取同期体检的70名健康者作为对照组。比较观察组不同分期与对照组组织细胞因子[白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)及白细胞介素-17(IL-17)]的表达情况,比较观察组不同严重程度患者IL-1β、IL-8及IL-17表达情况。结果观察组活动期及缓解期IL-1β、IL-8及IL-17水平均明显高于对照组,且活动期患者IL-1β、IL-8及IL-17水平均高于缓解期患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组重度患者IL-1β、IL-8及IL-17水平高于轻度患者及中度患者,且中度患者高于轻度患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论组织细胞因子在溃疡性结肠炎患者中呈高表达状态,且活动期和重度患者表达水平更高,临床可通过检测组织细胞因子明确诊断溃疡性结肠炎的不同分期和严重程度,并制订针对性治疗措施,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To study and observe the expression of tissue cytokines of patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods 70 patients with ulcerative colitis treated in No.969 Hospital of PLA from June 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 70 healthy persons who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The expression of tissue cytokines(interleukin-1β[IL-1β],interleukin-8[IL-8]and interleukin-17[IL-17])were compared between thepatients with different stages in the observation group and the control group,and the expression of IL-1β,IL-8 and IL-17 in patients with different severity of the observation group were compared.Results The levels of IL-1β,IL-8 and IL-17 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the levels of IL-1β,IL-8 and IL-17 in the observation group in the active period were higher than those in the patients in the remission period,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).The levels of IL-1β,IL-8 and IL-17 in the severe patients in the observation group were higher than those in the mild and moderate patients,and the moderate patients were higher than those in the mild patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The tissue cytokines is highly expressed in patients with ulcerative colitis,and the expression level is higher in active and severe patients,the clinical diagnosis of different stages and severity of ulcerative colitis can be confirmed by detecting histiocytokine,and targeted treatment measures can be formulated,which has high clinical application value.
