摘要
通过信息不对称理论、外部性理论、博弈论等数据分析理论探讨当下企业生产加工环节存在的食品质量安全问题,包括食品企业生产、生产加工流程、监督检查等的发展现状,开展食品生产加工环节质量控制、安全管理的创新策略,以最大程度降低食品质量安全事件的发生概率。
Through data analysis theories such as information asymmetry theory,externality theory,game theory,etc.,this paper discusses the current food quality and safety problems in the production and processing of enterprises,including the development status of food enterprise production,production and processing processes,supervision and inspection,and carries out innovative strategy for quality control and safety management in food production and processing is proposed to minimize the probability of food quality and safety incidents.
